Hi everyone!

I ha ve a problem with mailbox policy which don't apply anymore.

A mail box manager server erreur occurs on Exchange 2003 SP2

In Events Viewer, we can see Event Id 9209 with source: MSExchangeSA

Recreate after deletion the mailbox policies in mailbox manager server
doesn't change anything.

Everything seems OK

I don't understand what the matter is.

Any suggestion should be appreciate.

Regards

Unless this is the 9209 access denied this error code tells us that a DS object was missing (or not in the location we expected it to be). If you have multiple domain controllers it is possible that we are reading information from a different domain controller. There were a lot of changes made in SP2 for DSAccess and DSProxy and this affects how we find domain controllers for applications that use MAPI. I would run DCDiag and NetDiag with the /v to see if you are having any replication problems between your domain controllers.

With regards to the changes for DSAccess in SP2 please see this article: http://msexchangeteam.com/archive/2006/03/17/422350.aspx
