Outlook Password Prompt

Why does Outlook prompt me for Exchange password? I checked permissions,
profile settings, everything seems to be ok.....

Hi,

Which version of Outlook do you have?
If it is 2003 or later and you have RPC over HTTP enabled setup for basic
authentication then that may cause it.

If not, then are you logged into your AD domain or just straight onto the
workstation?
