Script to get fecth local user rights

Hi,

How do I create an script which fetch me the information, of an user whther
an user is an admin on his local system or what privileges does he have on
local system.

when you say 'local system' do you mean his computer? If so you're probably
asking the wrong group.
If however you actually do wish to create an Exchange application that can
do that, pls can you explain your development environment
