Hi all,

I had bought a new server for replace the old server (Small Business Server
2003). I want to install the Small Business Server 2003 to the new machine.
But there is strange in the new server. At the old server, I can open
Exchange System Manager and right any all the folders or item, I select
properties. It will have "security" page at the last tab page for setting
user permission. At the new server, I had already installed all the same
server OS, program and windows update. But I can't find the "security" page
when I open any folders and items properties in Exchange System Manager.

Is it missing some step or setting on the new server? Could you tell me that
the easy way of migrate the Small Business Server 2003 to another machine?

Thank you very much

Best Regards

Hi all,
Hi -you've crossposted this to an impressive number of groups, but not the
one to which you actually should post SBS questions. Crossposting is indeed
a good thing to do, but stick to a small number of relevant groups. Try
microsoft.public.windows.server.sbs. SBS does many things its own way
....and if you post in the SBS group someone may be able to help you
*migrate* rather than perform a brand new SBS install which will require
that you start over with a brand new AD domain & Exchange org.
