I have exchange 2003 and Outlook 2003 SP2. If some one forwards an email to
me I see that email as an attachment which is fine (just like a excel or pdf
attachment or any
other). when I open that attached email I don't see any content. It is
completely blank. any idea why it may happen?

This is only happening to one of the clients and the setup is identical to
mine and still I get the email OK and when I double click on to the attached
email I see the body as opposite to one of my users that just get the blank
body of the attached email.

This is happening to all the attached emails regardless of the domain.

Anyone herd of this before.

Thank you.

Yes there is, I have the IMF that comes with exchange enabled. I have
checked it with sending an email to 3 users that identical setup and only
one of them is having this issue.

With IMF enabled on the server could it be something on the Outlook 2003
that user has changed.

I Have done another test where I set the user up on different PC and it gets
a same problem now I am beginning to think that it could be a server issue.

Also when I check it through the OWA I get the The page cannot be found
message.

I am really confused, it works ok for everyone else via OWA or via the
client.

Leon,

Were you able to find a solution to your one user receiving blank attached
emails?

I have a similar setup with the same issue, a 64 b attachment that is blank.

Thanks

Michael
